Read on about some of my recent projects

IDWF

Partnered with the International Domestic Workers Federation, a global union federation representing domestic workers across 60 countries. Played a dual role of project coordinator and teacher/trainer over a 6 month, 3 session arc with IDWF Executive Committee and staff. The goals of the programs were to strengthen and consolidate the federation from the inside, through strategic alignment, increased trust, and shared commitment, to make the organization more stable and efficient through addressing organizational infrastructure gaps and increasing the leadership skills and capacity of the staff and Executive Committee.

Additionally, worked on a second project with IDWF staff to develop/update staff job descriptions through one-on-one conversations with each staff person, highlight and address gaps in understanding and coordination between teams, increase efficiency, and support each team to develop clear workplans for the year ahead.

NDWA

Hired as part of the Healing Justice team for the 2025 Assembly, to caretake the healing justice space, offer one-on-one coaching to domestic worker leaders in crisis, and co-facilitate sessions on resilience and conflict. Allowing domestic worker leaders from across the country a space for their own healing, wellness, and growth.

WIEGO

Partnered with Women in Informal Employment Globalizing and Organizing twice during a period of team transitions, leadership changes, and growth. First to support a process of coordination and strategic alignment on the team’s annual plan, this included one-on-one conversations with each team member and facilitating group conversations. After the annual plan and team were finalized, co-facilitated two sessions to support team building through increased coordination, connection, and trust.
